By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies referenced herein. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our website or services.

Please read these Terms carefully before using our services.

1. Our Service: Digital Translation Certificate

This Website provides a service for creating and delivering a Digital Translation Certificate based on your valid national driving license. Our service includes:

  • Reviewing the driving license information and supporting documents you submit.
  • Generating a digital translation certificate that provides a translation of your national driving license into multiple languages.
  • This certificate aims to confirm your license validity and facilitate understanding by foreign authorities, based on the standards of the 1949 UN Convention on Road Traffic.
  • Delivering this digital certificate to you via electronic means.

Important Disclaimers and Limitations:

  • This is NOT an International Driving Permit (IDP) issued by a government authority. Our Digital Translation Certificate is a supplemental document and does not replace your original national driving license or an official IDP where one is legally required.
  • You MUST present our Digital Translation Certificate alongside your ORIGINAL national driving license. It is not valid as a standalone document.
  • Acceptance Varies by Jurisdiction: While our Digital Translation Certificate is designed to be accepted in 150+ countries based on 1949 UN Convention standards, acceptance is at the discretion of individual foreign authorities, rental car companies, and local law enforcement. We cannot guarantee universal acceptance in all situations or countries, especially in jurisdictions that strictly require an official government-issued IDP for foreign drivers.
  • No Guarantee of Legal Right to Drive: Our certificate facilitates translation; it does not confer or guarantee your legal right to drive in any foreign country. Your legal right to drive is governed by your original national license and the specific laws of the country you are visiting.
  • No Legal Advice: We do not provide legal advice regarding international driving laws, specific country requirements, or the necessity of an official IDP versus our Digital Translation Certificate. It is solely your responsibility to research and understand the driving laws and requirements of your destination country(ies) before travel.

2. Digital Wallet Service

As an integral part of our customer service satisfaction policies, our Digital Wallet service is automatically included with your Digital Translation Certificate. This mandatory service provides:

  • Secure and exclusive access to your own digital wallet, accessible via your login.
  • Storage of your Digital Translation Certificate and associated license information for the period of your subscription.
  • The ability to safely store and re-download your Digital Translation Certificate at any time.
  • This service incurs a monthly charge of £6.99. This charge will be automatically billed to your chosen payment method for 9 months or until cancelled.

3. Eligibility

By using our website and services, you represent and warrant that you are:

  • At least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
  • The legitimate holder of a valid national driving license.
  • Providing accurate, current, and complete information and copies of documents as required for the creation of your Digital Translation Certificate.

4. User Responsibilities

As a user of our service, you agree to:

  • Provide Accurate Information: You are solely responsible for ensuring that all information and copies of documents (e.g., your national driving license) you submit are accurate, complete, truthful, and up to date. Inaccurate information may result in an incorrect or invalid Digital Translation Certificate.
  • Comply with Laws: You will use our services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.
  • Safeguard Account Information: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • Review Your Certificate: You must carefully review your Digital Translation Certificate upon receipt for any errors or discrepancies. You must notify us promptly of any issues.
  • Understand Usage: You understand that our Digital Translation Certificate is a supplemental translation document and must always be presented with your original, valid national driving license.

5. Fees, Payments, and Delivery

  • Digital Translation Certificate & Digital Wallet Service Fee: Our overall service package includes the creation of your Digital Translation Certificate and mandatory access to your Digital Wallet. The one-time fee for the Digital Translation Certificate is clearly stated on our website.
  • Digital Wallet Subscription Fee: The Digital Wallet service incurs a recurring monthly charge of £6.99. This charge will be automatically billed to your chosen payment method for 9 months or until cancelled.
  • Payment: All payments must be made in advance using the payment methods accepted on our website. You agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes.
  • Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely by third-party payment processors. We do not store your full payment card details.
  • Digital Delivery: Upon successful processing of your payment and review of your submitted documents for the Digital Translation Certificate, your certificate will be delivered to you electronically (e.g., via email or a secure download link) within the timeframe specified on our website. Access to your Digital Wallet will be activated concurrently.

Refund Policy for Digital Translation Certificate:

  • Prior to Certificate Generation: If you cancel your order for the Digital Translation Certificate before we have generated and sent it, you may be eligible for a partial refund of the one-time certificate fee, less a 50% administrative processing fee to cover our initial review and administrative costs.
  • After Certificate Generation and Delivery: Once your Digital Translation Certificate has been generated and delivered to you electronically, our service for creating the certificate is deemed complete, and our one-time service fee is non-refundable. This policy applies regardless of your ability to use the certificate in a specific country, the rejection of your certificate by any authority, or if you later obtain an official IDP.
  • Errors on Your Part: We are not responsible for refunds if the certificate is inaccurate due to inaccurate, incomplete, or fraudulent information provided by you.
  • Errors on Our Part: If we make an error in creating your Digital Translation Certificate based on your correctly submitted information, we will correct and re-deliver the certificate to you at no additional charge. If a correction is not possible, we may offer a full refund of our one-time service fee at our discretion.
  • Subscription Cancellation for Digital Wallet:
  • You may cancel your Digital Wallet Subscription at any time by logging into your digital wallet and following the cancellation instructions provided, or by contacting us via the email associated with your digital wallet login.
  • Your subscription cancellation will be effective from the start of the next billing cycle following your cancellation request. You will retain access to your digital wallet and its contents until the end of the current billing period for which you have already paid. No pro-rata refunds will be provided for partial months.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

  • Our Content: All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and the compilation thereof, and the design and content of the Digital Translation Certificate and Digital Wallet interface, is our property or the property of our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
  • Limited License: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our website and services, and to use the Digital Translation Certificate solely for your personal use with your original national driving license, strictly in accordance with these Terms. Access to the Digital Wallet is granted for the duration of your paid subscription.
  • Restrictions: You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, perform, or create derivative works from any part of our website or services, or alter the Digital Translation Certificate or Digital Wallet interface, without our prior written consent.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use our website or services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
  • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
  • Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the website, or which, as determined by us, may harm us or users of the website, or expose them to liability.
  • Introduce any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of the website, the server on which the website is stored, or any server, computer, or database connected to the website.
  • Attempt to modify, forge, or tamper with the Digital Translation Certificate in any way after it has been delivered to you.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR WEBSITE AND SERVICES, INCLUDING THE DIGITAL TRANSLATION CERTIFICATE AND DIGITAL WALLET, ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY OF INFORMATION. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE FROM VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. WE MAKE NO WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION REGARDING THE UNIVERSAL ACCEPTANCE OR LEGAL VALIDITY OF OUR DIGITAL TRANSLATION CERTIFICATE AS A SOLE DOCUMENT FOR DRIVING IN ANY FOREIGN JURISDICTION.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE, OUR AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (I) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE WEBSITE OR SERVICES (INCLUDING THE DIGITAL WALLET); (II) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE WEBSITE; (III) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE WEBSITE; (IV) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT; OR (V) THE NON-ACCEPTANCE OR REJECTION OF OUR DIGITAL TRANSLATION CERTIFICATE BY ANY FOREIGN AUTHORITY, RENTAL AGENCY, OR OTHER ENTITY. THIS APPLIES WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES, REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF THE ACTION, IS LIMITED TO THE SUM OF (A) THE ONE-TIME SERVICE FEE YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SPECIFIC DIGITAL TRANSLATION CERTIFICATE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, AND (B) ANY SUBSCRIPTION FEES PAID FOR THE DIGITAL WALLET IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless us, our affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and our and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the website or services, including, but not limited to, your submissions, any use of the website's content, services, and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms, your reliance on the Digital Translation Certificate as a standalone document, or your failure to comply with local driving laws.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in England and Wales. You hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue therein.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies published on our website, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of our website and services.

14. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
